Maria Bailey is an award-winning author whose books are published around the world in a dozen different languages. She is the author of six books, including Power Moms, Marketing to Moms, Trillion Dollar Moms, Mom 3.0, The Women’s Home-Based Business Book of Answers, and The Ultimate Mom. Additionally she has contributed to more than 22 other books on topics from marketing to adoption.

In the business world, Maria’s books turned the spotlight on consumer spending to the $2.1 trillion mom market and the emergence of Mom 3.0. Her newest book, Power Moms, offers a guide to engaging the Power Moms—influential mothers who help spread the word about products and services—to drive sales to your bottom line by creating a buzz online and offline. Power Moms also includes an unparalleled Directory of Influential Power Moms. In Mom 3.0: Marketing With Today's Mothers by Leveraging New Media & Technologies (September 2008), she presents engaging new insights into the world of blogs, vlogs, podcasts, mobile devices, Mom Mavens, and much more. Maria examines how today's mothers are bridging new media and technology to create marketing channels for companies to leverage.

Her second book, Marketing to Moms: Getting Your Share of the Trillion Dollar Market (Prima), was the first to quantify the spending power of mothers. Today industry leaders as well the U.S. government use her calculations. In Trillion Dollar Moms: Marketing to a New Generation of Mothers (Dearborn), she focused on the emergence of three distinct generations of moms and how companies can connect with each.
